These links show a few of the possibilities (constructed by Richard Bowman) for using Forms and JavaScript in the academic arena.

Simple Calculator - a simple calculator that can add and divide two numbers.
Sample Quiz [This is in the process of being updated. It does not work correctly since these pages moved to a new server. Please check back later this summer.] - using the 'JS Quiz Maker' engine to generate True/False and multiple-choice quiz to which new questions can be easily added and which is graded on the web with results emailed to the instructor; it also checks to make certain that the student's name and email address are present.
